Hello!  My name is Raymond Arotin.  I currently work for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the Department of Transportation.  My past jobs have included being the Chief Graphic Designer and Distribution Manager for a weekly advertising publication, as well as a Cartographer for a natural gas exploration company.  I have many years of experience in publishing... from initial art and design idea, thru post print production, using all the latest advanced graphics software from Adobe, Corel, and Microsoft. I am also well versed in GIS (Geographic Information System) map design and Geodatabase editing with ESRI ArcMap.
